M22 Series PET SMT Splice Tape For Panasonic Machine

DESCRIPTION
M22 Series SMT tapes are designed specifically for Panasonic machines with an intelligent feeder. The black strip will allow the sensor to detect the splice. This splice tape is made by our produced glue with superior adhesion.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use the splice cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes
2. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to review the adhesive side
3. Align the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) with the splice guide placement
4. Fold over the other strip to the underneath of the carrier tape and press firmly
5. Remove the guide placement from joined carrier tapes
6. Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice
7. Press the tape on carrier tapes for the feasible splicing
