M19 Series Special High Viscosity 4 Strips SMT Splice Tape

DESCRIPTION
M19 series SMT 4 splice tape with guide alignment designed apply for all sizes(8mm/12mm/16mm/24mm/32mm/44mm/56mm/72mm/88mm) of carrier tape.
It is made of 4 pcs tapes, release paper and removable PET with superior adhesion.

APPLICATION
1. Strips of PET tape used to join

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use the cutting tool (MTL20/MTL30/MTL40) to accurately cut the carrier tapes.
2. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side.
3. Align the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) with the splice guide placement
4. Fold over the other strip to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly
5. Remove the guide placement from joined carrier tapes
6. Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice
7. Press the tape on carrier tapes for the realiable splicing
