INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use the cutting tool (MTL20/MTL30/MTL40) to accurately cut the carrier tapes.
2. Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the splice tool’s placement pins.
3. Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and secure with the clamps.
4. Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes.
5. Remove the release liner of the splice tape to reveal the adhesive side.
6. Add a single strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice.
